Our company has a long-established history, with our directors having extensive experience in the industry. Roger J. Tilbrook, MRICS, Prince2 Practitioner, has a broad base of experience in all aspects of building surveying on all property types. He has a strong interest in team building and management, and has specialized in project management of large, multi-disciplinary project teams on construction and professional projects of all sizes.

Matthew J. Fox, BSc (Hons) MRICS, has gained wide experience with a number of large and medium practices within central London, covering all building surveying disciplines throughout the UK. His project experience has been extremely varied, and he has a broad knowledge with experience in a wide variety of projects, particularly in office refurbishment/fit-out contracts and dilapidations.

Grant P. McIntosh, BSc (Hons) MRICS, Prince 2 Practitioner, began his building surveying career in 1995 when joining PSK as a placement student from Sheffield Hallam University. He has since re-joined PSK and has been an integral part of our team.
