Disappointing Experience with Plantations
Quality of Work
The reviewer, Michael C., expressed his disappointment with the quality of work provided by Plantations. Specifically, he mentioned that after a few months, the cement used in the new step built by the company started to leech into the granite, causing discoloration.
Lack of Customer Service
Michael C. was extremely dissatisfied with the company's customer service. Despite making three phone calls over a period of three months, David from Plantations refused to return his calls to address the issue.
