In contrast to other report forms, such as the RICS Homebuyer, our Building Surveys provide detailed advice on the condition of a property and specific recommendations for repairs.
Condition Surveys

Our Condition Surveys provide a detailed evaluation of a property's current condition, a schedule of required maintenance and repairs, and guidance on how to approach repairs sympathetically. If the property is listed, we can assist with obtaining Listed Building Consent where necessary.
