Driving and Safety Concerns
The company's driving habits have been called into question, with one reviewer reporting a van from the company engaging in extremely poor and dangerous driving on the M57. The driver was allegedly undertaking another vehicle and speeding at over 80mph up to the lights.
Poor Quality Work and Customer Service
The company has also been criticized for delivering substandard work and providing poor customer service. A reviewer had asked them to create a simple staircase for a dormer extension, providing correct measurements and plans. However, the delivered staircase was too steep, creating a significant problem as it would have failed building regulations. When the issue was raised, the company claimed the staircase was made to specification, but the reviewer discovered it was 13 inches taller than agreed upon.
The company's response to the issue was deemed unacceptable, as they offered to amend the staircase at an additional cost to the customer. This has led to a warning from the reviewer to avoid the company at all costs, emphasizing the importance of staying safe and away from their services.
