Window Installation Experiences
Poor Quality and Finish
Several customers have expressed disappointment with the quality of workmanship and finish provided by the window installation company. One customer, Louis Heering, was unhappy with the brass hardware being painted over, seals being painted over, and ropes being painted over. Additionally, some windows were already showing signs of stiffness and poor sealing, despite being less than four years old. The interior finish was also incomplete, and the exterior stonework was damaged and left exposed.
Value for Money
On the other hand, Neil Purves found the company to offer the best value for money, especially when compared to other suppliers like Moz Murray, Anglian, and Jax. However, there were issues with the installation, such as the lack of foam sealant around the dormers, which resulted in draughtier windows than the ones replaced.
