Poor Customer Service
Reviews suggest that Naylors' customer service is subpar. Phone calls are not returned, and when they are, promises to call back are not fulfilled, leaving customers feeling ignored and unimportant.
Unacceptable Property Conditions
One reviewer had a terrible experience with the state of the property they moved into. The boiler did not function and was eventually condemned, leaving them without a functioning boiler for four weeks. The kitchen was also left in an unhygienic condition, which was deemed "tolerable" by Naylors. Furthermore, a leaky toilet and a foul smell only added to the miserable experience.
