What We Do
As housing developers, we specialise in buying land, building new homes, and selling them to the general public. Additionally, we undertake contracting work, such as building new homes or barn conversions for clients. With extensive experience in the industry, we have developed numerous conversions and have become experts in this area.
Our History
Snell Construction was founded in 1977 by Philip and Margaret Snell, who operated in the industry for 30 years. Today, their sons Andrew and John run the business. Andrew, with 20 years of experience in the industry, oversees the on-site construction side of the business, while John handles the sales, planning, and background side of the business. Together, they make a dynamic team with their combined knowledge of construction, planning, and all other aspects of housing development.
