Terrible Customer Service and Product

The reviews highlight the worst possible experience a customer can have with a product and company. The author, Mitesh Desai, writes about their dreadful encounter with Bates, a company that specializes in anti-theft devices.

At first, the customer received excellent sales representation, with the salesperson convincing them to switch to a Bates product. However, this was quickly followed by poor delivery and installation, leaving the customer with an item that didn't work properly. Despite constant chasing, the customer faced difficulties in getting a response from Mr. Bates himself, who was uncooperative in resolving the issue.

The customer had to endure three engineer visits before finally being told that they had been sold unsuitable tags that were incompatible with the new system. Moreover, when they requested an exchange, they never received a response.

Conclusion
