Meet the Team
Our team of experienced architects and consultants is led by Simon Fitzgibbon, who has extensive experience in managing both small and large contracts. He is particularly experienced as a project architect in detail design and specification of both new and historic fabric, and in dealing with English Heritage and local authorities on difficult planning and construction issues. Simon is a accredited 'Eco-Refurbisher' and a member of the Green Register which promotes sustainability issues throughout the building industry.
Our team also includes Alexandra Maskell, an Associate Architect with particular experience in domestic work ranging from refurbishment of historic properties to the individual contemporary home. Ali has also worked successfully on commercial, church and community projects. David Redfern, an Architect with a wide variety of experience across a number of different sectors, from small scale domestic works to large, mixed-use schemes. Richard Pedlar, a Consultant with a specialisation in conservation who has spent most of his professional life in Bristol. And David Greening, an Associate with a design base and extended skills into specialist restoration of Listed Buildings for Commercial or Private clients.
