Builder, Bowwow Rapha, gave a scathing 1-star review, claiming that the company was working on a building site on a bank holiday Sunday, disturbing the neighborhood irreparably. However, Bowwow Rapha vehemently disputed this claim, accusing the company of lying and being greedy. He threatened to report the company to local authorities and claimed that he knew how to shut them down financially. He also accused the company of breaking the law on a previous day.
