Our expertise in residential projects includes new builds and refurbishments of all types of properties, from country houses to townhouses and family homes. We also have extensive experience in the commercial and leisure sector, having worked on projects such as hotels, pubs, restaurants, and office blocks.

Small Works

We understand that not all projects are large, but that doesn't mean that quality and attention to detail should be compromised. We offer smaller-scale services, such as removing walls, installing patios and driveways, and supplying and installing kitchens and bathrooms.

Quality Control

At Belgrave Construction, quality is our core objective. All aspects of a build are subject to our thorough quality control processes, including regular sign-offs by our directors. We ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standard and exceed our clients' expectations.

Post-Construction

We understand that handover is not the end of the contract or our obligations. We provide a comprehensive aftercare service, including a 12-month defects rectification process, to ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Belgrave Construction Ltd was formed after the directors' 18+ years of experience in the building industry. With years of experience running their own construction company, they decided to bridge the gap with Belgrave Construction Ltd, a passion for high-end design, build, and refurbishment.
