Our Story
Clarman Architects & Planning Supervisors was established in 1988 by James Maneely and Vivian Clarke, with a mission to provide exceptional architectural design, construction, and management of works to the petroleum industry, food retail industry, and multiple residential sector throughout Ireland and the UK. Over the years, we have built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and exceeding our clients' expectations. Our comprehensive range of services includes Architecture & Design, Masterplanning/Urban Design, Conservation/Refurbishment, Legal Services including Liquor Licensing, Building Surveys, Technical Services, 3D Visualisations, and RIAI Accredited inspection for the Republic of Ireland. We are certified to ISO 9001, registered with Constructionline, and hold a current SSIP Certificate, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and quality.
