Disappointing Experiences with LLD
Several reviewers have had disastrous encounters with LLD, citing a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and subpar workmanship. One common thread is the company's inability to meet commitments, with reviewers reporting that they failed to show up for appointments or took an inordinate amount of time to complete tasks.
Communication Breakdown
Reviewers have expressed frustration with the company's lack of communication, describing it as "hard work" or non-existent. This has led to misunderstandings, missed appointments, and a sense of uncertainty and anxiety for those dealing with the aftermath of a traumatic event, such as a flood.
Workmanship and Quality
The quality of the work performed by LLD has been called into question, with reviewers describing it as "poor" and "shoddy." In one case, the company's plumber was blamed for causing a second flood, which led to a subsequent insurance claim.
Blame-Shifting
A common theme among the reviewers is the company's tendency to shift blame, not just for their mistakes but also for those of their customers. This has led to a sense of injustice and a loss of faith in the company's ability to deliver on its promises.
