Customer Service Experience
The customer service experience with Green Energy Options has been a mixed bag. One customer, Joanne Hutchinson, had a frustrating experience trying to contact the customer service team, only to be told to look online or wait for a long time to speak to someone. However, when she finally got through, the lady she spoke to was apologetic and helpful. Another customer, Andy Gilbert, had a negative experience with the company's lack of interest in resolving issues with faulty equipment.
Staff Performance
There have been some positive comments about the staff at Green Energy Options. Jeremy Smith praised the staff, particularly Louise on the front desk, for being wonderfully helpful and professional.
Product and Installation Issues
There have been some issues with the equipment supplied by Green Energy Options. Andy Gilbert reported that the equipment did not work when installed at two sites, and the company was not interested in resolving the issue or compensating for the additional time and costs incurred. Joanne Hutchinson also experienced issues with her heating, which was turning on and off randomly.
