Our journey began in 2003 when a group of professionals with extensive experience in the elimination of problems associated with toilet and kitchen drains in retail, commercial, and industrial environments came together. With a combined experience of over 50 years in this industry, we can confidently offer solutions to most problems.

Our team at Eco-Hygiene discovered that the services offered by other operators within the industry addressing the problems associated with toilet and drains, suffered due to lack of specialized practices. Commonly, the service that was offered was an 'add-on' to an existing service contract that was more profitable and less time-consuming. By providing our specialized service, we have made major advances in this sector of the service industry.

Our mission is to provide a first-class, regular, and reliable service using the highest quality products. To this end, all our staff are well trained and are constantly monitored ensuring the highest standard available. All products are produced by approved suppliers, and quality is monitored to a strict specification. Service records are maintained for each and every site we visit, and customer requirements with regard to format are accommodated. All packaging and surplus materials are returned to our warehouse for recycling, and a log of quantities and disposal methods are established.
