Meet the Team

Our team of professionals includes:

• Andy Payne, our boss and owner, with nearly 30 years of experience in the building industry, specializing in boiler servicing and repairs
• Matthew Faulks, our roofing expert, with a wide range of materials and experience in emergency cover for small leaks
• Gregory Minns, our electrician, who handles full installations and simple fixes like changing lightbulbs
• Steve Payne, our plasterer, with over 30 years of experience in K-rend and specializing in clean work
• Eddy Edwards, our carpenter, who builds bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, and carries out all internal carpentry
• John Chapman, our tiler, who selects the correct adhesives for tile designs and has been working with Watertight since 2006
• Patrick Kennedy, our general builder, with great experience in extensions and new builds
• Neil Cheeseworth, our plasterer, who provides an exceptionally flat finish and is a very clean worker
• Karl Baldwin, our plumber, who handles large installations from first fix to second fix
• Dave Scott, our kitchen fitter, who is also a first fix carpenter and cuts roofs, and Dave is used to install kitchens
• Russel Rowley, our carpet fitter, who is a specialist in using Karndean flooring, which is often used in kitchens, bathrooms, and utilities
• Kev Crawford, our carpet cleaner, who has high-end industrial cleaning machines that can bring any old carpet back to life
• Paul Mitchell, our western engineer, who works on stainless steel balustrade work, external iron staircases, wrought iron gateways, and fences
• Kevin and Julian, our painters and decorators, who have over 30 years of experience and are meticulous about wallpaper application and finish
