Overview
The reviews suggest a series of unfortunate events involving the construction site of Simpson and Brown, allegedly causing harm to a individual, Ines Herrera.
Incident Details
Herrera claims to have fallen 30 feet from a bridge being constructed with tax dollars, which was caused by Simpson and Brown's negligence. Moreover, she was electrocuted by a generator attached to an industrial-sized heater, which was allegedly handled by Simpson and Brown. She accuses them of using underhanded tactics to avoid taking responsibility for their actions, including having medical specialists withhold medical findings and threatening to use COVID-19 to prevent witnesses from testifying.
Consequences
As a result of the incident, Herrera claims to have become homeless, lost her full-time job at Walmart, and accumulated hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical bills, which were not paid by Simpson and Brown. She further alleges that the construction site was repeatedly warned to be closed to the public, but Simpson and Brown refused to comply, putting her life at risk on multiple occasions.
