Some of our notable projects include:

• The Centre for Innovation at Swans in Wallsend: a 1.5 million project that provides an additional 940 square metres of refurbished office and meeting room accommodation.
• The construction of a self-contained three-storey annexe for Bede Sixth Form College in Billingham, which will provide nine new classrooms, including a media suite, with contemporary study and breakout spaces.
• A mixed-use development in the centre of Newbiggin-by-the-Sea, comprising three ground-floor retail units and eight two-bed apartments for rent.
• The refurbishment of Building 4 at the Drager Safety UK site in Blyth, which involves upgrading the HVAC and electrical distribution systems and re-installing existing tiles into a brand-new ceiling grid.
• A significant internal remodeling and building services refurbishment at a major pharmaceutical company's site, involving major alterations to the existing plant room and the installation of fume cupboards.
• A state-of-the-art 16-plot residential development on the site of the former Pearson's Garage in Acklington Village.
