Meet the Team
Our highly experienced and qualified team is led by Peter Smith, a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, who founded PJSA Ltd in 1994. Peter brings over 40 years of experience and is well-versed in valuations, land tenure, and property-related disputes. Charlotte Cates, our Property Manager, joined PJSA in 2020 and leads the property management team, including sales and lettings. Josh Mears-Smith, our Director and Chartered Architect, joined PJSA in 2016 and is experienced in designing a variety of projects from residential homes to large-scale leisure developments.
