How We Work
We typically work on an hourly rate for smaller jobs and a fixed price for larger projects, giving our customers more control over their budget. We provide written estimates and works schedules to keep our customers informed at all times. Our larger works usually carry a 5-year workmanship guarantee, a rarity in the plumbing industry.
Pricing
We do not charge for call-outs or estimates. We only charge for the work we do. Our usual plumbing rate is 45 per hour (plus VAT), and for gas work, it's 60 per hour plus VAT. If an estimate is required, we can call round, measure up, discuss your requirements, and provide a written quote.
