Our Team
Led by Ajay Modhwadia, C.E.O and Senior Director, and Niraaj Modhwadia, Director, our team is comprised of experienced professionals dedicated to providing exceptional service and tailored solutions to our clients. Ajay brings 40 years of experience in the building industry, with 15 years spent working on construction sites, gaining hands-on knowledge and skills. Niraaj, with his education at public schools and University, brings contemporary knowledge and style to the company.

Our process begins with understanding the project, conducting a desktop study, and providing a feasibility report and quote. We then proceed with briefing and measuring, drawing and submitting plans, and obtaining necessary approvals. Our site management services ensure that the construction process is smooth and hassle-free. We work with a network of associates, including surveyors, structural engineers, electrical and gas engineers, interior designers, and 3D designers to ensure that every aspect of the project is covered.
