Disappointing Experience with BALI Registration
The author, Hema Vora, had a terrible experience with a landscaper who was registered with BALI. Despite paying for the job in full, the landscaper failed to complete the work and the quality of the finished job was poor. When the author reported the issue to BALI, they were allocated a case handler, Owen, who failed to respond to emails and calls.
Poor Quality Work and Lack of Support from BALI
The author's experience was further marred by the fact that the landscaper was unwilling to pay for someone else to resolve the issues, citing personal problems. The author provided evidence of the poor quality work, including slabs and grouting coming loose within months, and areas of tiles with no subbase. Despite this, BALI only offered a paltry repayment and failed to provide support to the author.
Positive Experiences with BALI
On a more positive note, Richard Stone had a great visit and was surprised by the changes to the surrounding area. Lee Bestall also had a good experience, finding BALI to be a valuable resource for the industry, with exceptional support, opportunities to network, and a pool of highly qualified and reliable landscape contractors and garden designers.
