Our History
FINC Architects opened its doors in April 2013 with the aspiration of providing quality architecture that exceeds the expectations of our clients. Formed by Architect, Steven Fisher, the practice was initially set up on a kitchen worktop before moving to a garden office and eventually to our design studio in Chelmsford. FINC has expanded into a medium-sized, award-winning practice with a reputation for innovation, reliability, and quality.

Our team is comprised of highly experienced, motivated, and hand-selected individuals who cultivate an environment of creativity, efficiency, and excellence. Our team members come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, and we have in-house architectural mentors who are crucial in developing their fellow colleagues at the office. Alongside their full-time role at FINC, they also offer consultancy to partnering universities to help guide and shape the next generation of architects and technicians.
