*Tree Removals*

*Hedge Maintenance*
We carry out small and large scale hedge trimming and reductions, and we are able to offer a maintenance schedule based on your specific requirements, ensuring your hedges look their best all year round. We remove hedges and stumps in preparation for fencing, re-planting or building works.
*Stump Removal*
Stumps can be removed easily by machine to a depth of 2ft approximately. Stumps can also be treated without chemicals if they are not being removed.
*Hedge Laying*
Hedgelaying has great conservation and wildlife value. It mostly takes place every 15 years or so with periodic trimming in between to encourage regrowth and to keep it tidy. Hedges can last indefinitely when maintained in this way. Hedgelaying takes place between autumn and early spring. It is avoided outside these periods to prevent disturbing nesting birds.

If you have a tree that's protected by a tree preservation order (TPO) or is situated in a conservation area, Acorn tree surgeon can submit the planning application for you and liaise with the relevant council.
