Our History
Our joint managing directors, Chris and Barry Neilson, bring a wealth of experience from their previous roles in the industry, having worked for renowned companies such as MGM Timber, Express Timber, MKM Building Supplies, and McNairs Building Supplies. Chris, previously with MGM Timber and Express Timber, has a passion for providing exceptional customer service, while Barry, previously with MGM Timber and MKM Building Supplies, is dedicated to creating a family-run business with good values. Together, they have a vision to build one of the best merchants in the company, with a focus on teamwork, family values, and exceptional customer service.

In addition to our joint managing directors, our team includes Rosaline Gallacher, our Assistant Branch Manager, who previously worked for JW Grants and MKM. Rosaline brings a wealth of experience to her role, having worked in the industry for many years.
