At Crescent Electrical Services, we are a small company with over 30 years of experience based in Bolton, dealing with all Domestic, Commercial & Industrial electrical work from a single socket to full installations around Bolton and the North West. Our History
Since the ups and downs from 2020, it has been and still is a rough ride for everyone. It became necessary to downsize the company and deregister from VAT. This has helped a lot of our customers/clients as many are not VAT registered, and has helped to stay more competitive. We work with Home owners, Landlords, Tenants, Businesses, Builders on various projects, Property refurbishment companies, Property management agents carrying out installation and maintenance on luxury apartment complexes, and Everybody who needs us. We cover Bolton, Manchester, and the North West.

Our services include Domestic, Commercial & Industrial Electrical Installation, Maintenance, Repairs & Upgrades of Existing Power & Lighting Installations, single phase & 3 phase. Electrical Condition Reports, PAT Testing, House New Build Wiring & Rewires, Consumer Unit (Fuse Box) Upgrades, Kitchen, Bathroom & Garden wiring Installations, Maintenance & Testing of Emergency Lighting Systems & SHEV (Smoke and heat exhaust ventilation) Systems.

As well as our 12 months parts and labour guarantee, any work that comes under building control comes with an extra insurance-backed guarantee once it has been registered with the local authority via NICEIC. Our Qualifications
We are City & Guilds qualified & NICEIC Approved Electricians. We hold liability insurance, a health & safety policy that is updated on a regular basis along with risk assessments & method statements whenever and wherever required depending on the type of work.
Our Profile
Starting off as an apprentice with a local company in Bolton in 1985, our owner, Patrick, gained City and Guilds qualifications to the 15th edition in Electrical Installation, then later 16th, 17th including a qualification in Inspection, Testing & Certification & 18th edition wiring regulations certification. He has also been an NICEIC Approved Contractor for several years. He worked at a couple of other companies before deciding to set up on his own. Over the years, his work has taken him all over the UK & Ireland, from rewiring a house in waders to installing robots in large industrial spray booths, to replacing motors and gears in clock towers. He's always learning and gaining experience and always ready for a challenge. Over the years, he has trained 3 apprentices, one who went on to further his career in building construction and 2 who have continued in the electrical industry but moved on to pursue their aspirations.
