Our RICS Level 2 Home Survey is the most popular survey type, designed for conventionally built homes, and provides details of defects that may affect the property with advice on repairs and ongoing maintenance. We also offer Building Surveys, which are the most detailed inspection available, suitable for individual properties, including older properties, listed buildings, and properties altered or extended. Additionally, we provide Specific Defect Reports, which are helpful following a lender's valuation where a defect is identified requiring further investigation or when an issue arises in the home you live in, which you would like advice on.
