Professional Consultants Certificates
We can provide pre-approved CML Architects Certificates/Professional Consultants Certificates for most new home builders, self-builders, and small developers, enabling them to draw down from lenders and their mortgages. Our Professional Consultants Certificates (PCCs) provide a guarantee to the lender that the house is the same as on the approved plans, is built in the correct location, and constructed to acceptable standards.
