Our Values
At DGM Joinery Ltd, we're committed to sustainability, cost-effectiveness, and safety. We believe that the environment is crucial, and that's why we only use wood from sustainable sources where forests are properly managed. Our timber comes from suppliers that are compliant with the European Union Timber Regulations (EUTR), members of the Timber Trade Federation (TTF), and have signed up to the TTF's Responsible Purchasing Process (RPP).
We're passionate about the benefits of using timber windows and doors. Not only do they require less maintenance than uPVC or aluminum windows, but they're also carbon negative. Independent research by the Wood Window Alliance (WWA) shows that the 60-year life of timber windows compares very favourably to the 35-year life of plastic alternatives, leveling out the price difference in favour of timber when you calculate the whole-life cost.
