Our services include boiler breakdown repairs, boiler servicing, new boiler installations, and landlord certificates. Boiler Breakdown Repairs
We have a fixed callout charge of 70.00, which includes any minor repairs, adjustments, or advice. If parts are required, we will inform you of the cost, and if agreed, we will order, collect, and arrange a suitable time to return to fit the part. We fit genuine manufacturers' parts from authorised suppliers and will always try to get you the best price on any part required.
Boiler Servicing
Our fixed rate servicing is 70.00 for all appliances, with no additional costs except for any seals, consumables, or servicing kits required to complete the service to manufacturers' standards. We complete a service report, which includes gas analyser results to show carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide output, as well as boiler efficiency. We also complete the manufacturers' service booklet to ensure your warranty remains valid.
New Boiler Installations
We offer free quotations and advice on your proposed installation. We fit a wide range of manufacturers' boilers to suit your requirements, and we are a preferred installer for Vaillant, Glowworm, and Worcester Bosch boilers. We notify the manufacturer to validate your boiler warranty after commissioning and also Gas Safe and the Local Building Authority, where you will receive confirmation through the post that the boiler has been installed to the relevant standards.
Landlord Certificates
Our basic Landlord Certificate is 65.00 (up to three appliances), with a small additional charge for any appliance over the basic three and also if the appliances require servicing at the same time. If a boiler service is required when testing for a Certificate is carried out, the cost is 85.00.
