Making a Purchase

Making a purchase at Express Rugs is straightforward. Simply browse through our catalog and click on any items you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, proceed to the checkout, where you will be asked for a few details to enable us to process your order. We accept most major credit and debit cards. If you prefer not to disclose your credit card details online, you can call us, and we can take your order and payment details over the telephone. Once your order has been placed online, you will receive an automated response confirming your order. We will then email you within 24 hours, confirming the status and progress of your order and payment. Please check your spam/junk mail as sometimes our emails can be placed there.

We strive to ensure that the prices on our website are accurate. We validate the price before processing your order. If your rug is in stock, your order and payment will be processed immediately, and you will not be charged for any item that is out of stock at the time of order.
