Our Services
Our services encompass all aspects of railway drainage, from culvert clearance to catch pit cleaning, using specialist equipment that includes road rail Land Rover 110 Defenders, Mitsubishi Canters, and Mercedes UniMogs with vactor removal and high-pressure water jetting attachments. Our on track plant allows us to access remote locations that require unblocking or preventative maintenance, and we also carry out CCTV drain surveys to map the integrity of the drainage systems. In addition, we provide a comprehensive range of drainage services, including drainage investigations, repair and installation works, drain re-lining and excavations, ditching works, and more.
Specialist Services
We offer a range of specialist services that are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. Our high-pressure water jetting equipment is designed to clear blockages and debris from drainage systems, while our vactor removal attachments allow us to remove bulky debris and sediment. Our CCTV camera inspections use the latest scan probe and Proteus equipment to survey drains from 100mm to 2000mm, providing a detailed and accurate assessment of the condition of the drainage system.
POS Provision and RISQS Auditing
As a proud member of the Plant Operators Scheme Licence (POS), we have a team of in-house PTS-trained on track plant operators and drainage engineers, as well as safety critical staff including machine controllers and Coss. This allows us to provide a comprehensive labour solution with dedicated, fully competent staff and the correct health and safety requirements to complete drainage works on the infrastructure. We are also RISQS audited, providing our clients with peace of mind that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Network Rail Approval
Super Rod has held various national drainage and OTP frameworks since 2003 and is proud to be a Network Rail-approved supplier. We have a dedicated fleet of vans, OTP/RRVs, and equipment that have been carefully selected to provide solutions both on and off the rail.
