Electrical Installation Condition Reports
Fixed wire testing is the testing of the circuits contained within the fabric of your building, including socket outlets, lighting circuits, and various others. This was formerly known as Periodic Inspection and Testing, but since January 2012, it is now called an Electrical Installation Condition Report. We recommend that every electrical installation is subjected to periodic inspection and testing by a qualified person to ensure the safety of users and compliance with legislation.
