Meet the Team
Our team is led by Barbara Genda, a passionate entrepreneur with a law degree, tax specialist, and busy mother. With a keen eye for design and problem-solving, Barbara oversees client design meetings, marketing, and occasionally makes the tea too. Our Project Manager, Gabriel, is an art school graduate with over 15 years of hands-on site and technical experience. He's responsible for Health and Safety and ensures customer satisfaction.
Disappointment and Frustration
The customer, Kelly Donovan, expressed extreme dissatisfaction with the installation and customer service provided by Barbara Genda. The primary issue lay with the incorrect installation of wardrobes, resulting in bowed doors that chipped and scraped when opened or closed.
Installation Issues
The doors were installed incorrectly, leading to damage and malfunction. Despite the customer's requests, Barbara Genda refused to rectify the issue for almost a year, prompting the customer to take the matter to the furniture ombudsman.
Customer Service Failures
The customer service provided by Barbara Genda was deemed unacceptable, with the team displaying reluctance and rudeness when forced to revisit and correct the installation. Even after the ombudsman's verdict declaring the wardrobe doors faulty, the team's attitude remained uncooperative.
