Our office and management provide all necessary administrative back up and will assist our Customers by monitoring our level of service and coordinating the correct level of expertise to attend to our contractual obligations. We undertake a wide range of contracts, from small works to major capital projects. Our flexibility of operations stems from the ability to assess the need and subsequently act quickly and decisively to meet the Client's needs. We aim to build a good working relationship with each of our Customers by providing a service tailored to their requirements.

Our Services

At Semco, we specialise in the provision of air conditioning systems for commercial, industrial, hotels, restaurants, leisure complex and residential premises. Our environmental awareness ensures that all equipment installed use the latest energy-saving features such as inverter control. Manufacturer's equipment including Daikin, Fujitsu, Mitsubishi, and Sanyo are selected to provide a suitable solution to the individual requirement of our clients.

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including:

• 2 and 3 pipe VRF air conditioning for heating or cooling or simultaneous heating and cooling.
• Single DX split system air conditioning.
• Twin or multi Model DX air conditioning.

In addition to air conditioning, we also install mechanical pipework systems for heating, chilled water, hot and cold water installations for any type of commercial or industrial building. Our operatives can install steel, galvanised, copper, or plastic pipework, fittings and valves and following completion and testing of the pipework, thermally insulate the system.

We can provide ventilation systems for the provision of fresh air and extract, toilet and kitchen extract and swimming pools. We use galvanised sheet metal ductwork incorporating manufactured rectangular or spiral ductwork. We are also able to offer specialist ductwork systems including smoke extract ventilation.

Our qualified plumbers offer a high grade of experience in dealing with all plumbing aspects of their work, including utilizing copper, galvanised, UPVC or cast iron pipework and fittings. They work to all current regulations.

Our qualified electricians undertake all aspects of mechanical controls incorporating power and control wiring, to produce fully automatic control systems including BMS. We also offer the manufacture of control panels incorporating the latest control equipment.

We can offer a complete mechanical design and installation package avoiding the necessity to undertake separate contracts for each service requirement. Our design department has the current Auto Cad facility.

When all contracts are complete, we offer an additional facility of a Service & Maintenance contract to enable your mechanical system to operate smoothly throughout the years.
