As a chartered architect, David Osborn has a design-led approach to creating buildings that give light and space, which are environmentally conscious. Our Services
At David Osborn Architect, we specialise in residential architecture, offering a full range of architectural services from the initial inception of a project through to its completion. We work predominantly within the residential sector for private clients, undertaking a range of projects including new build housing, extensions of varying sizes, alterations, refurbishments, remodelling, conservation work, and barn conversions. All designs are produced to the client's satisfaction using 2D and 3D software and drawings.
Our services are fee-based and are determined by the size and complexity of a project. All fees are given in advance of a project and can be estimated as a lump sum or sliding scale to suit a client's requirements or budget. Initial visits and estimates for clients are free, and all quotations are broken down into the methodical work stages complete with associated costs, so a client can cherry-pick the service that suits their needs best.
Our Approach
We pride ourselves on a good client base with many referral commissions. This has allowed us to build a good relationship with clients and establish a network of professionals together with building contractors to suit any particular project. As a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects, all our work is carried out in strict accordance with RIBA Code of Conduct for Architects, which gives clients the peace of mind that they will be getting a professional and regulated service.
