Our Team

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who share our commitment to delivering exceptional service. Our team leader, Dan Lockyear, has been with us since December 2020 and has a wealth of knowledge in the retail department. Our founder and director, Rob Williams, has over 12 years of experience in the construction industry. Our director, Niel Hale, has over 13 years of experience working in the housing sector and commercial sector. Our financial controller, Helen Richards, has a strong background in general bookkeeping and finances. Finally, our RICS building surveyor, Shaun Spear, has a wealth of experience in the construction industry.
