Who We Are

At Classic Decor, we are a family-owned and run Painting & Decorating business, based in Heath & Reach, Leighton Buzzard. We have been serving Herts, Beds & Bucks since 1985. Our company is built on a foundation of trust, quality, and professionalism. We are fully insured and have a team of time-served professional decorators who take pride in their work, ensuring a quality finish every time.

Our Story

I'm John Sheehy, and I own and run Classic Decor. I started my working life as an apprentice decorator, working for my father's construction company. I worked with some excellent decorators who taught me that if something is worth doing, it's worth doing well. As a result, I started my own business, Classic Decor, in 1985, and within a year, I was fortunate enough to have more work than I could handle. I began employing decorators who had previously trained me, and I'm confident about the quality of the people who work for me. Between us, we have more than 120 years of decorating experience.

We also offer a dust-free sanding service using the latest dust extractors and mobile sanders for walls, ceilings, and woodwork in your homes and offices. Our team is also licensed to use scissor lifts, boom lifts, and are IPAF-certified.
