Welcome to Leafield Construction Ltd, a company built on a foundation of quality, teamwork, and customer care. Our story began in the early 1990s, when our management team was a group of skilled bricklayers working on major house builder projects. As the private sector began to flourish, we made the decision to concentrate on private projects and established Leafield Construction in 1996. Our early projects were mainly home extensions, followed by work on behalf of local authorities. Over the years, we have evolved to offer a comprehensive range of building services, including home extensions, refurbishments, loft conversions, basement conversions, new builds, maintenance, and more.

The safety of our operatives and clients is paramount. We implement Health & Safety measures at all times and are a full member of the Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS). All our operatives are fully conversant with current safety measures, and we can provide a copy of our Health & Safety policy upon request.

Accreditation

We are proud members of FairTrades and registered with FENSA, allowing us to register our own installation of replacement windows, doors, porches, and conservatories. Additionally, we are a member of CHAS, demonstrating our commitment to Health & Safety standards.
