Our Team

Our History

At the turn of the century, SW Reside, Chief Area Engineer, established an Architectural and Engineering practice, which rapidly became the principal consultancy in South Down. Major Reside, SW's son, joined the practice and continued to practice full-time, providing Architectural, Civil, and Structural Engineering and Survey and Mapping services. During Major Reside's tenure as Practice Principal, he was appointed to the Board of DOE (NI) Historic Monuments and Buildings Council. In 1987, RS Milligan acquired the practice, with GW Reside retained as Consultant. Eamon Larkin, BSc (Hons) DAAS RIBA, joined the practice in 1994, became a Partner in 1995, focusing on the management of the commercial and retail sectors of the practice portfolio.
