Poor Customer Service
Several issues have been reported regarding the customer service provided by Perfect Clean. In one instance, a customer was told that the carpet cleaning service would commence after the initial 3 hours of cleaning, only to find that the cleaner and carpet cleaner worked simultaneously for the entire 3 hours. When the customer brought this to their attention, they were told that the customer service team never made such an agreement and were asked to provide an email as proof, which the customer couldn't provide.
Excellent Service
On the other hand, one customer had a very positive experience with Perfect Clean. They were assigned a cleaner named Vesela who was always punctual and did an exceptional job every week.
