Our Story
Bill Whyte started the business in a small shop on Towngate in 1987, and in 2006, we moved to our current premises at Kings Court Industrial Estate, off King Street. After Bill and his family relocated to Australia, we, Derek and Judy Leather, RAD Floors Ltd, took over the business in 2014. With Derek's 25 years of experience working for Bill as a carpet fitter, we have continued to grow and expand our services, offering unbeatable prices and exceptional customer service.

We offer a wide range of flooring solutions, including carpets, vinyls, laminates, Karndean, and commercial flooring. Our carpet selection boasts over 60 rolls of carpet in stock, from luxurious supersoft carpets to cheaper hardwearing carpets suitable for rental properties. Our vinyl collection features over 15 rolls of vinyl, all at unbeatable prices, from top brands like Tarkett, Leoline, and Rhinofloor. Our laminate range includes the full range of Balterio laminate, and our Karndean area showcases every Karndean floor range. For commercial clients, we provide floor coverings that include Polyfor, EGE, JHS, Karndean, and many others.
