Welcome to Rainbow Painters, a trading name of Russell Marlow Painting and Decorating, based in Worthing, West Sussex. We are a small, efficient team of qualified, professional decorators with a long list of happy customers. Established in 2005, we specialise in existing properties that are in need of redecoration and require expertise and technical skills to produce a high-quality and long-lasting finish.

Our team has developed a wide range of complementary trade contacts who we can introduce to our clients, should they need additional services. We also enjoy working on newly built extensions or refurbished properties, both inside and out. However, we do not work on building sites or as subcontractors, and we do not subcontract our work to other decorators.

We are always pleased to receive enquiries from domestic homeowners, landlords, small business owners, churches, and managing agents. During the development phase of our business, we worked hard to gain approval from a number of external agencies. We were very proud to obtain Investors in People status and win the national Employer of the Year award in 2009. This success was partly due to our work in training apprentices, and over the years, we have trained nearly 20 young people, most of whom have gone on to develop their careers in the construction sector.

We are fully insured, and we provide free quotes. We also recycle paint cans and train apprentices, which is an essential part of our business ethos.
