Our Story
Our journey began when our founder, Stephen G Webb, started working with wood over four decades ago. He worked for a pinewood furniture company, designing and manufacturing freestanding and fitted dressers, sideboards, tables, and shelving systems. To expand his knowledge and gain more experience in carpentry and joinery, Stephen joined a well-established building firm, where he designed and built stairs, furniture, box sash windows, and all other types of joinery. With a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm, Stephen decided to start his own business, which has since become the reputable Stephen G Webb Ltd.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of services, including carpentry, joinery, cabinet making, and bespoke furniture design. Whether you need a single door, small window repair, or a complete renovation, our team can handle it all. We pride ourselves on our ability to listen to our clients' requirements, thoughts, and design ideas, and then bring their vision to life.
Carpentry
We provide professional carpentry services, from minor repairs to complete renovations. Our skilled team can undertake all types of carpentry work, including bespoke joinery, staircases, windows, and doors. We also specialize in repair and refurbishment work on listed buildings.
Bespoke Joinery
Our well-equipped workshop allows us to manufacture one-off pieces of furniture, as well as bespoke joinery, including stairs, cupboards, doors, windows, and shelving systems. We work with a variety of timbers, including Accoya, Oak, Tulipwood, Pinewood, and more.
Spraying Facilities
We now offer a bespoke spraying service, where we can bring your project up to a solid white primer and then finish it on-site by hand or complete the decoration in any RAL color in a satin finish.
