The practice has a rich history dating back to 1981, and after 13 years of experience in the building surveying and architectural industry, Andrew Sheeley, our founder, decided to rebrand the company in 2015 to cater to the modern property investor/developer. Our core desire is to provide solutions for people wishing to develop their homes or workspaces by providing a one-stop-shop for all stages of the development process.
