Martin Peacock Architectural Services Ltd (mpas) is a professional architectural firm based in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Established in 2009, the company became a limited company in 2017 and is now proudly celebrating its 13th year in business. Our team is led by Martin Peacock, a highly qualified Architectural Technician and a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) since 1994.

At mpas, we pride ourselves on our extensive experience and expertise in a wide range of architectural services, encompassing both the domestic and private sectors. Our portfolio includes multi-unit housing schemes, affordable housing, private practice projects, and major regeneration and masterplanning schemes in cities such as Leeds, Bradford, and Middlesbrough. We have also been involved in archaeological and conservation projects for renowned organisations like the National Trust Scotland and Scottish Heritage.

Our professional indemnity insurance is currently held with Zurich Insurance Co. (Policy No PIP09001549), and we are committed to ensuring that our work adheres to the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Sales and Marketing Layouts

In addition to our architectural services, we also offer a Garden Design Service that provides full-service design and layout for outdoor spaces, including gardens, water features, and ponds.
