In 2009, Steven's wife Jane, a qualified accountant with a background in corporate finance, joined the venture as the company's Director of Resources and Company Secretary. Together, they forged a partnership that combined Steven's expertise in cleaning operations with Jane's financial acumen, laying the foundation for SJ Cleaning (Midlands) Limited.
