We work closely with On Site Bristol, our chosen training provider, to offer young local people the opportunity to learn a trade and obtain NVQ at levels 1, 2 & 3. Many of these trainees have chosen to remain with us after their apprenticeship, demonstrating our commitment to nurturing talent and ensuring that our team is always up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.

In 2014, we were recognised for our Contribution to raising workplace skills in Construction and Building Services, a testament to our dedication to quality and training. Our Services

We offer a wide range of services to cater to the diverse needs of our clients. These include complete design, supply, and installation of fitted kitchens, stair works including oak and glass handrails, skirtings, laminate and engineered wood flooring, complete loft conversions and extensions, roofing work, cut and truss roofs, garden decking, and fencing. We also provide property maintenance services, including programmed works, void works, and response maintenance for social housing and local authorities.

Health and Safety

Health and safety is of utmost importance to us. The health and wellbeing of our staff and customers is paramount. We carry out risk assessments before every project, from which a safe method of work is decided and a method statement prepared. All members of the team receive regular health and safety training, and all operatives hold current CSCS Cards and have passed the CSCS health and safety test. Our supervisors hold SSSTS qualification and Managers are SMSTS qualified. We are also members of Building Safety Group, Safe Contractor, Constructionline Gold accredited, Alcumus SSIP accredited, and Chas accredited. Tily Carpentry and Property Maintenance is an IFC accredited installer of Fire doors.
