• Initial Consultation: We provide a free initial consultation at your property or office to discuss your requirements and ambitions for the proposed project.
• Measured Building Survey: We undertake a detailed measured survey of the property, including photographic survey, to record the building envelope.
• Concept Designs: We prepare initial design concepts, including initial sketch scheme drawings, to provide a soft feel and a clear direction for the project.
• Design Development: We refine and develop a final design solution, incorporating feedback and input from stakeholders.
• Document Submission: We prepare and submit documentary submissions, including supporting statements, and other consultants' input, for approval by the local authority.
• Construction Drawings: We create detailed construction drawings, detailing construction methods and specifications, to comply with Building Regulations.
• Tender and Construction Management: We assist in obtaining quotations, setting up the construction contract, undertaking site inspections, and certifying payments.

• Simon Coles, who has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with a particular passion for period and listed buildings.
• George Perris, who has worked in architecture since 1999, gaining Chartered Architect status in 2008, and has extensive experience in a range of projects, including manor houses and modern churches.
• Simon Tweedy, who has over 27 years of experience, with a strong interest in modern environmental design.
