At Goddards QS LLP, we are a thriving Quantity Surveying practice based in Dorset, with a reputation built on producing high-quality work. Established in 1984, we have been working on projects for businesses throughout the UK since 1995, providing traditional quantity surveying services from initial inception to and including settlement of final account.

Our History

We initially began offering estimating services to medium-sized building contractors and sub-contractors. However, in 1994, we diversified to provide Bills of Quantities for larger tenders, utilising the skills of freelance chartered surveyors. Through organic growth, we have expanded to employ seven full-time staff and two administrative assistants, offering a range of pre-contact quantity surveying services. We specialise in preparing Bills of Quantities for projects including "Design & Build", "PFI", and major "Plan & Specification" projects.
